Lawyer graduated from FMU / SP, postgraduate in tax proceedings from PUC / SP, specialist in tax accounting from FGVlaw. Member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo Bar Association (AASP) and Technology Incentives and Tax Incentives Associations. Acting in litigation and advisory in the tax areas, having worked for several large and multinational companies in the coordination of strategic work to reduce tax / tax liabilities and use of tax incentives and also in the consolidation of corporate and tax restructuring.

Sidney Stahl

Lawyer graduated from PUC/SP. He was professor of Constitutional Law at PUC/SP under the supervision of Prof. Michel Temer, and professor of the Superior School of Magistracy of Mato Grosso do Sul, with post-graduation in Constitutional Law and Tax Law (PUC/SP) and Accounting and Financial Administration (CEAG/FGV). Former advisor to the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals of the Ministry of Finance - CARF. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (ABA/OAB), the São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP), the Brazilian Tax Law Association (ABDT), the Brazilian Association of Tax Consultants (ABCT), the Brazilian Academy of Tax Law (ABDT) of the Scientific Committee of the Paulista Association of Tax Studies (APET).

Edson Zveibil

Lawyer graduated from FMU / SP, post-graduated in Business Law from FGVlaw. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB). Participated in extracurricular courses, seminars and lectures mainly in Contractual and Corporate Law at institutions such as IBMEC / SP and Escola Paulista de Direito (EPD). Marcel Marquesi

Lawyer graduated from the Paulista University, Master in Comparative Law by John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Specialization in American Law from Georgetown University - DC, Professor of Audit, Executions and practical work calculations under the supervision of Prof. Amauri Mascaro, member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), São Paulo Lawyers Association (AASP), of the International Lawyers Association in Chicago, specialist in Corporate Work law with attendance of large companies and multinationals in the control and management of labor liabilities, quantification and verification of degree of risk as well as preventive consulting.
